Diaspora, Culture and Society is an international refereed online and printed journal published bi-annually by the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities. The journal accepts submissions in both Turkish and English.

Diaspora, Culture and Society is currently welcoming submissions for its first issue. The Journal encourages the submission of theoretical and empirical research papers on diaspora, culture and society, identity and belonging, religious and cultural life, discrimination and human rights violations. The journal also encourages the submission of original articles on diaspora, migration, demography and other themes falling under the fields of activity of Presidency such as Turkish citizens living abroad, members of related communities and international students.

In addition to original research papers, the journal features editorials, review articles, case reports and book reviews.

Manuscripts for consideration should be sent todiaspora@ytb.gov.tr. Submission deadline: May 15, 2016.
